We use Gorrie-Regan’s software to process all of our payroll, salary increases, bonuses, that kind of thing. We also use it on the human resources side.
Their software is easy to learn, easy to use. But if you ask me what I think they are best at, I’d say it’s problem solving. The people at Gorrie-Regan make my life easier. If I don’t understand something, or I have a problem I can’t solve, they have a gift for working it out. I’ll describe a piece of the problem and they immediately know what to do. They are incredibly responsive. And their people really know their stuff.
They are also quick about processing our work. It’s never more than two hours from the time I post an entry until it’s processed; that’s quick in my book. They are just a fantastic company!
